Since you’ll be picking up your vehicle after hours, here’s everything you need to know about finding and using your lockbox.
Where the Lockboxes Are Located
Our lockboxes are standard real-estate–style key boxes.
You’ll find them on the inside of the I-beam next to the accessibility ramp at our front door.
An easy landmark:
If you walk up to our front door, turn around, and look toward Dan’s Hamburgers’ front door, the lockboxes will be directly in your line of sight.
Your Lockbox Code
You should have received a text and/or email with your specific lockbox color and code.
In most cases, the code is the *last four digits of the phone number* associated with your account.
How to Open the Lockbox
- Flip down the outer cover to reveal the tumblers and open button.
- Roll each tumbler until it matches your code.
- Press the *black bar* in the direction of the *white arrow* to open the box.

What You’ll Find Inside
Inside the lockbox, you may find only the vehicle key.
If your keychain was too large to fit, we remove it and store it safely inside the vehicle.
