I’ve used Juke many times and I always feel comfortable interacting with the mechanics and staff. I feel respected as a woman getting car work done and don’t feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me (as I have at other mechanics). Once you find a place you trust, you stick with it! They communicate the technical issues with photos, use online forms to show the diagnosis in depth, and then don’t put pressure on me or hard sell. I can tell you it’s night that and day from the Audi dealership who had my car for a month and never figured out what was wrong; Juke took care of the issue in a few days and had my car ready ASAP. *7 out of 5 stars; highly recommend*

Juke is my trusted place. They recently did work on my car and came $1000 under the estimate I had approved. Miguel, my service advisor, kept me informed every step of the way. I have been using them for years, and always had a positive experience. They treat their employees well, which is a very important factor for me. Highly recommended!

Straight shooters who do great work. I trust them to do what’s necessary and nothing that isn’t. I especially love that they’re in my neighborhood. Will definitely be back for service for my 2010 Honda Fit!

Super impressed! Their website is wonderful and I was able to easily schedule online. They even gave me a ride back to work! The driver, Pascal, was professional and funny and a very safe driver. The shop was very clean and actually pretty stylish for an auto repair shop. I got $10 off my oil change and they gave me realistic advice for future maintenance. I'll absolutely return and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing folks who quickly and reasonably diagnosed the engine issue with my Kia Optima. That issue involves a warranty claim with Kia, re-diagnosis at a dealership is still pending 3 weeks later. Bonus they had the grace to understand the delay in picking up my car due to the health issues which effected me at the time. I share a whole hearted recommendation ????????
